As a
Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in building and shaping the technical foundation of our platform. This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working independently to deliver high-quality code. You’ll report to and work closely with our CTO, contributing directly to our product roadmap and helping to bring innovative solutions to the Talent Management space. This is a remote role within EU time zones, with opportunities for in-person team gatherings.
You are someone with a builder’s mindset and enthusiasm for creating outstanding products.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable code to support platform features and user experiences
- Collaborate with the CTO on architecture decisions, product planning, and technical strategy
- Develop new, cloud-based systems to innovate and make a significant impact in the Talent Management space
